There's help and there's emailing a help request to support (I'm certain overworked staff of CM -- which makes me feel guilty.)

But I'm certain that others know how to do this stuff! For example: How do I insert carriage returns into a journal entry? Is it just HTML? Some other trick?

There are bunches of questions like this. Perhaps we could get some expertise together and take some load off the staff so that they can do the things that us normal users can't do.
