I heard back from the one studio and they said they couldn't do the tat any smaller then 6.5" x 7.5" in size, which is too big for where I wanted it. Plus it would cost between $300 - $500 depending on the artist who was doing it. So I'm having a friend draw it out in a 3" x  3" size and then taking that to a few other places here to get quotes before having it done. Hoping to have it done within the next month.

My husband and I want matching tats one day....here's the idea...we want to bring in core bits of both of us into them....

a heart, in the center of the heart the BDSM symbol.  over the top of the heart 7 stars.  around the bottom of the heart some celtic knot work.  (busy as heck, I know)  and lastly....three chinese symbols that the other has chosen that represents what we are to each other.  I have NO idea where they would go yet...he wanted a sword going through the heart with that on it...I talked him out of it....

I can't draw, he can't draw, so it's all concept in our heads.

Status: offline 		lol BSB.....My Sir has refused to ever let me go to the same doctor I had with the second baby.....He kept wondering why I was compleatly ok with him missing all my appointments....till one day he was actually able to make it.....yum....

My first appt with this Dr.  I was blushing and all giddy..  After the Dr. left the room, he turns to me and goes, "I think you just cheated on me with him.."  ROTFLMAO!!

Status: offline 		ok...I had an ob/gyn...also hotter than hell...who spent TWO weeks scraping my cervix with my first one to induce labor.  *long story short*  I was hypertensive.

So one day, he's scraping my cervix with his finger and he says "I'm sorry Donna, I know how this hurts"  I glared up at him and said "no you don't fucking know how this hurts.  Your WIFE might know..but you never will, jackass"  interestingly enough...he still saw me after that *S*

it rained from about 3pm yesterday until about 4am this morning...lots of wind and lightning, a few tornadoes accross the state....the light show was really amazing, we sat up and watched it for a long time. I have happy frongs in my back yard right now.

Status: offline 		so the husband and I have been talking about the tattoo since we first did our first committment ceremony.  Then I was pregnant...can't get tatted then....then we bought a house...no money for tatts....and now?  still broke.  and the tats will be fairly big to fit in all that stuff we want, so big means expensive times 2.

Status: offline 		actually...in some eastern cultures...the dragonfly is a link to the afterlife...a testament to its ability to cross over the boundries of two planes here in life..the dragonfly lives equally in both elements of water and air....

The dragonfly is often used to represent a link to a specific soul....expescially that of children....

Have the two of you ever considered a nice tat of the Domidong on your chests?....The tat would be that of the Chicago skyline, with the Domidong towering over the city...Taking the place of the Hancock or the Sears tower....It would be breathtaking.

Be careful...I imagine your Chinese characters to your bewilderment might actually translate to "stinky fish on rice." 
So watch out.

my female um caught a dragonfly in a butterfly net yesterday and brought it into my room..  Now I am a bit freaked..
