Status: offline 		I'm sure Aylee. While I'm a big fan of song perversions, I'd rather enjoy the moment of someone else reciting or performing them. :-)

I'm a big fan of John Valby and used to go to his gigs any chance that I got. Then I started buying his albums (yes, the 12" vinyl LPs, no freakin' CDs or tapes) and taking them to his gigs for him to autograph... got some pretty interesting pearls of wisdom from the ol' Dr. Dirty himself. Anyway, listening to his recorded performances just aren't as funny as they are when living the moment at a gig. The novelty of the recordings wear off after a short time.

But thanks anyway Aylee.

Status: offline 		Thanks for the tip Aylee. I think she'd be an interesting person to meet, whether one likes sci-fi or not. She seems to be quite the character, if what I'm reading about her from various places on the Internet have even the slightest bit of truth to them.

If I say that I can take the test online Thursday evening (test takes approx. 3 hours), and they don't send the link to the test until 7:45 p.m., can I hit them in the face for unbelievably inconsiderate of my time?

Status: offline 		As far as I know, you can still hit anyone you'd like... you just have to deal with the consequences, which varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. ;-P

Who's originating the test? What time zone are they in? Perhaps the time they sent you the link is considered a normal business hour for them?

That's about all I can think of to lend a reasoned voice to your frustration. If none of those work, then pummel away. :-)

Status: offline 		They are about 20 minutes away from me and the lady said she was sending it to me this morning and only remembered to send it to me after I left her a voicemail and sent an email.  It's job-related.  Ugh...

I used to work in the legal system where I live for almost 11 years.  Maybe they'll go easy on me?  Justifiable aggression, laced with bureaucratic stupidity on the lady's part?  I could try.  If that doesn't work, I can always try the Twinkie defense.
