I used to work in the legal system where I live for almost 11 years.  Maybe they'll go easy on me?  Justifiable aggression, laced with bureaucratic stupidity on the lady's part?  I could try.  If that doesn't work, I can always try the Twinkie defense.

If he was smiling, I would say that he was being playful.

If he was scowling or menacing, then I would say he is trying to cause pnenomia (however you spell that).

Or maybe he wondered how well you would do in the next wet t-shirt contest.

There is no universal playbook for such things. The best I can do is to tell you that when it feels like it's the right thing to do at that time, it's the right time. Each situation is different, because each person involved is different. That's where knowing him... his reactions, his body language, his words... all help you figure out if it's right.

Some relationships take time... others launch fireworks before you can even say a word... like I said, there's no universal playbook. You kind of have to make it up as you go along.

Or, you be the one to twirl him, or other such act... perhaps "tripping" so you both fall into the snow, with you landing on top of him.

See, that's the things.  I don't actually see the patients...I just take their phone calls...add on two or three department crises, one budget meeting, one scheduling meeting, two exams copied and stapled...and a reimbursement....I've beena  busy girl today.

And, I have a meeting with the group from 7-9:30....wooo.
