Status: offline 		It was part of some weird torture thing that is only rivaled by the Marquis de Sade, I'm sure.

It was part of an aptitude and personality test that they give before the in-person interviews.  I'm a paralegal by trade and this was for something different in a big company.

I think that before the beatings (on them) commence, I am going to bill them at my prior hourly rate of $125/hour that the attys used to charge for my time.  At 2 hours for tonight's little piece of heaven, and the potential 2 hours lost for last night, and the one hour that I spent bitching about the fact that they didnt' send me the test on time, time for my phone call and email to the head of HR, and let's add in emotional distress and potential future phobias...  I think they owe me about a million bucks. 

I think the beatings on them shall involve pieces of equipment that I don't know how to use perfectly, because, to quote Daddy, "Baby, in the hands of the untrained, these implements can be extremely dangerous."  (sounds good to me...)

Ocilla, I totally agree with you!  No one should have to retain that mess for future use after getting the acceptance letter to college. 

DC - sighs sympathetically for you having to use flash cards.

Only in one case that comes to mind, I took 3 banker boxes full of receipts, etc. home and worked on the amounts in dispute.  It took all wknd, but I found out that these ppl had been going to court, fighting, getting Orders entered, etc.  all over what ended up being just over $14.00.  At that point of finding the amounts and all and showing the tabulations, my boss called me the Queen of Anal Math.   

(If she only knew what my kinks would turn out to be later on!)  tee, hee, hee...
