It'd be my luck that the LSAT would have a question something like this:

If one atty had a retainer agreement with a client that stated the terms were a flat fee, and another atty had a retainer with a different client that stated the terms were at the hourly rate plus fees and postage, at what time would the paralegal's head explode after making the thirteenth set of revisions and notarizing the Settlement Agreement in triplicate, on canary paper, with standard court-approved margins?

Well, in the past we used to honor he or she who carefully planned their post to land just so... to claim that coveted first post across the next century mark. But, we've learned that TPTB sometimes remove posts from within the thread, thereby throwing off all of the post positions, thereby causing our initial celebrations to be in vain.
