I have tried it, but everytime I run outside, shouting towards a car and waving my hands and arms, there is much slamming of brakes and honking of horns.  I figured that this way would be quieter at least.  LOL

Warm soapy bath, Gerber Giggles and Grins soap, gently stroke the marked area (do not rub - that will rub it in deeper).  If that does not work, try rubbing alcohal, again, gentle strokes, not rubs.

Status: offline 		Might help to have a hot soak and get some sweat on the ole brow.  Human sweat, especially if it's greasy, will take off most forms of permanent ink in conjunction with rubbing and perhaps a light solvent, like vinegar.
