Well, i've lived to tell the story... Met the man... He's sitting right over there *points to the couch....

He's TALL!!! lord help me.  We'll see... cautiously optimistic.  I've already put in an ap for a job or two... We'll see what happens.

Ok folks, here's some home made beef jerky.... smoked for hours ... some trail mix, fruits, we've got dried everything.... We are going for a long hike!  Put your boots on.  The Man took me for a 10 mile walk after filling me with some goooooooooood food yesterday.  Lord have mercy.  But if i gotta do it, SO DO YOU!!!

Put on your pack, and don't forget your water!

I did the urban hike. Walked with my son a mile each way to Marshall's. I had on my Fitflops. They work your legs,hips and glutes while you walk. I carried the bags home and did curls and back pressses as I walked. We stopped at starbucks for drinks!

Well ay my age, and being a woman it doesnt come off as easily as it use to. That being said I know how to diet. I lost 60 pounds 3 years ago. But I put a portion of it back on and need to fix that. i have been eating smaller amounts 6 times a day, Counting fat grams and calories trying to finish eating early. Although yesterday I have a fruit cocktail snack after 7. But everything I ate was reasonable so either It needs to kick in, If it doesnt I will cut out tropical fruits and bread. I have tried to get in some exercise but its easier for me on the weekends, not during the work week.
