Status: offline 		Angel, yesterday I bought a "new" product at the store.  It is water flavored with mint. And there were several flavors, lemonmint, chocolate mint, peppermint, and the one I bought was spearmint.  There is sugar or artificial sweetners, meaning no calories or carbs and it was VERY refreshing, even at room temperature.  I'll be going to the local nursery today to buy a few mint plants, so that I can make my own.

i froze a bushel's worth of lemons (about 6 ice cube trays) of lemon juice so i can do that trick in the summer

when cool and refreshing is a good commodity

i drank all my vodka. guess i'll have to get another bottle (about a years supply)

i like lemon juice in water too, but it screws with my bsl too much, because of the natural sugar in the lemon.  That's sort of why I got excited about the mint. Just a little something with no caffeine or sugar to give a little flavor to the copious amounts of water I drink.

Status: offline 		huh. other citruses tend to do that with me. not so much the lemon juice. cranberry juice is bad for that - but i drink it anways, heavily diluted.

i wonder if chocolate mint plants would still taste chocolate minty in ice?
