i understand exactly what You are talking about with feeling like a failure.  i'm getting ready to file bankruptcy (hopefully by the end of the month) and in it i'm including my old house....

i hate that i have five days off at the end of the month and was planning on visiting my sister's kids, but now that's off so i have no where to go....

Status: offline 		I hate that someone who knows all my vulnerabilities uses the knowledge to deliberately hurt me, and hurt me pretty deeply.

I hate that I haven't figured out how to push toxic people out of my life, instead I worry about hurting their feelings and making their unhappiness worse so I end up just being a damn doormat for them.

I hate that my ex had a temper tantrum and put a hole in my drywall knowing that I have my very first showing in 7 hours.

Most of all I hate this weakness of mine. Instead of telling him to f-off I apologized then cried cried cried after he left. My owner says he doesn't want my ex to be allowed back into my house and I don't know how to do that. He still has a bunch of stuff here and I still need his help to fix stuff and he knows that.



Kalista, I'd offer for you to come visit me since you've nothing to do but its kind of boring here! Thank you for understanding where my feelings come from, this validates a lot of stuff that my family thinks about me.
Christine I hope that demented chick leaves soon.

Camille I am sorry you are having such a hard time with your ex... You can always contact the police department/ sheriffs department to be there so he can pick up his things that way there is no incident and all that.  You can just put his stuff in the livingroom and you can go hide out in the bedroom or at a neighbors until the cops tell you its all done.  The police do stuff like that all the time.  That way if he punches another hole in your wall you will have a cop there to stop him. :)  Also for the big stuff you cant move you could maybe pay a few high school kids some cash and they might help you, if you know any in the neighborhood.  Ive done that before.  Good luck with your move and the selling of your place.  :D

Briena...it would be so wonderful if there were magical words to ease her pain. THere are not, so please do not feel guilt for not knowing what to say. The only thing you can do is to be there for her. Hold her hand, cry with her, and let her know you love her.

It is a hard thing to watch someone you care about hurt so deeply to the point they are slowly killing themselves with alcohol or drugs.  The only thing you have to say to her, is that you are so sorry, that you cannot imagine her pain, and that you are here for her, always.  Sometimes, you don't have to say anything at all.  Just being there, near her, so she is not so all alone, is the only thing you can do.  I hope, you and your friend, can find some peace.  I sometimes think God is the biggest sadist of them all.

Status: offline 		i hate that some people are going through such shit in their lives.  and i'll admit it here and now, if one of my kids died i'm not sure i wouldn't be drinking to kill the pain, big hugs to her...i hope she can see clearly soon.

well, here's my hate for the morning as imbecilic (new word?) as it is compared to others' hates. (do i need more coffee before i type more?)   i hate that i have to literally force myself to stay off the political threads and that i can't help but keep reading them.  someone just smack me upside the head.
