Status: offline 		i wasn't planning on contacting him ever again, period.  i think he's feeling like a big shit and wanted to make himself feel better by writing that note to me.  i won't let him put me back where i was 2 weeks ago, but i did take a little step back...i'll cry for a few hours then get pissed again and then hopefully move on again.  what the fuck was he thinking? 

my note back was short and i didn't tell him anything that would make him feel better, it's none of fucking business anymore how i'm doing.

I do empathize with you, more than you may realize right now. Without going into details, I was in your um's shoes a few short years ago. What helped was having a good circle of people who helped me move through the pain and see that life is more important to waste. I did seek counseling for a period of time and I had a small close group of friends who was there to listen, no judgement, no condemnation. All I will say is just be there for her, she is deeply hurting and yes you are probably also. You know how to contact me if you ever want to talk.  (go ahead, have yourself a damn good cry!)

it took awhile...but i finally figured out how to do it. Bring up your mail page and in the top right corner you will see "mail options". Hit the first of the two that appear (i cannot recall what it is) and it will give you a screen where blocking mail is an option.
