I hate it that I got suckered into baking a stupid fruit cake, a coconut cake, and some kinda gross oatmeal cake with a weird icing made of condensed milk and honey...

I hate it when the 8 days I worked translated into the apartment becoming a mess.... a complete mess. AND I have to go get my tags renewed yesterday, laundry done AND cleaning up a bit.

I hate it when I have to juggle everyone else's relatives in order to have my Thanksgiving be a quiet one without turmoil. There seems to be this expectation if you are related to someone--you HAVE to do dinner at their house, even if you know a war always starts on holidays.

As Dr. Phil keeps saying--Thanksgiving dinner is no time to start family therapy. Geez, how come people don't get that?

I'd much rather have dinner with like-minded friends than a bunch of bytchy relatives. Barring that, there's always a decent movie showing at the theatre.

I hate it when I am on the "out" with my brothers and have no idea why except that this has always been the way it is most of the time, 2 out of 3 are getting along at any given time while the 3rd (usually me) is on the outside of the circle. Thursday will be a whole lot of fun, yay.... N O T !!!!!

I did that in September and wound up making a wonderful friend (yup pj, I mean you). Plus I have the knowledge that 'my' things are finding a new life and a new history which makes me feel better.

It's hard to let go of things sometimes but I hope it turns into something positive for you.
