I was to give anything up to 12 hours of theatre workshops a day every day which would result in a performance on the last day. The space they're providing doesn't conform to Health and Safety regulations and they are claiming the copyright to the workshops because 'it's their space'. I'm pulling out as a point of principle, the whole purpose I'm running the workshops is for the street homeless, not CRISIS.


You should not be put in the back on the line because *they* gave you the wrong date. that is bloody ridiculous!

I think you need to get Pimporific on these damn flighty actresses. Put the fear of the pimp hand in them and they should straighten up.

I wish this was going on down here.. I would help. ( I work well with the artistic temperments in theatre )

Status: offline 		So.. I'm making my usual breakfast oatmeal this morning. A little bit groggy and not paying strict attention but hey, its oatmeal right? So what if I accidently add 2 tablespoons of flax seeds instead of 1 teaspoon?

Oh dear god. My stomach. My stomach will never recover from the purging induced by over flaxing my oatmeal.

Status: offline 		I hate it when I have such a bad headache I think I am gonna die(drama). I think it started with the snow fall. It was really cold out and then warmed up. So wheather changes occured. I have taken 600 mlgm of ibuprophen and some Aleve. It hasnt helped. Any suggestion as to how to get rid of this? I have to make cupcakes for my sons birthday tonight.

Honestly I didn't know it would be so harsh, I've been adding it to my oatmeal every day but today it kind of spilled out and I just figured... more yumminess was added.

I can't do the erm, extended stay cuz of my fibro meeting later (hi, my name is omg where's the bathroom??) lol. Water huh? I can do that. I feel like I've been through a detox hahaha and I think I've lost 5 pounds.

Cali had a rice in sock trick that should help.

You put rice in a sock, tie it, heat it in the microwave and put it over your eyes.  That should help.

Maybe make two and put one on the back of your neck.
