That is the beauty of living with your One, no missed meetings no matter how late you end up having to stay,* or in his case how late HE has to stay * and no snow storms to keep you apart, unless the snow storms come in while he's at work and by some odd situation he can't get across town.

I hate that I just looked up a statute for something and it didn't say what I wanted it to.

The funny part was the weather service playing all coy until 3pm, then sending out the advisories....they'd been talking about freezing rain for a few days now.

I kinda like the snowy/icy stuff...rain around this time of year tends to flood things and bring the mold spores back to life, arrrrrr!

The only problem's trying to drive with other folks on the road (how dare they drive when I want to be out and about * huff huff *)

I can put up with the cold and the icy stuff Sacramento doesn't get snow, but Damned I hate the general flooding going on in the neighborhoodOne year the end of our street flooded , and we were lucky to be on the high end everybody on the low end had to leave, and then there were the flooded bridges, and it was so bad nobody could leave RioLinda, if you had to cross those bridges.

And I certainly hate, the yard being a constant mud bath, and way out in the back of the half acer my neighbor's yard slopes down into ours, and there's like 3 foot deep puddles of stagnant muddy water just sitting there, and then the dog would sometimes go run through said puddles of water in search of a good romp, and then want to come to bed soaking wet.

forget hate it when, I'm pissed. Ate a salad at a restaurant and crouton was like a rock and broke my tooth.

I would give anything to be back in Phoenix since 95 for me is light sweater weather for me. Somewhere that its 110 every day of the year would be fine with me.
A snow bunny I am not and I hate the cold a whole lot more than everything else I dislike.

Yep....I'm one of those against declawing......totally unnecessary cruelty....

Poor PdB.......send a towel with your scent on it, it will at least make him think he hasn't been abandoned again......but don't be surprised if he doesn't speak to you for a few days......my 3 virtually ignored me when I got back from NY and the wedding!

Well, then, so you won't be totally miserable...it's been cold and rainy here the last week or so.....as in 40-50 daytime temps......we saw sunshine today, but it's gonna be back to rain by tomorrow. I can't even spare any heat and warmth to send out!!!! It was 56 degrees INSIDE my apartment this am.....I broke down and turned on the heat......it's STILL on!
