ORIGINAL: thornhappy I kinda like the snowy/icy stuff...rain around this time of year tends to flood things and bring the mold spores back to life, arrrrrr! Totally agree...particular as I booked a hotel last year in june as I couldn't get back home because of flooding...no train over 3 hours and until the bus service reached the station there they were so full and didn't bother to stop anymore at all (annoyingly I had left one train which did leave at the end, trusting another one would go, too...which, didnt...then I gave up waiting) was already imagening my cats swimming in my flat, as I live on the ground floor and they tend not to like it when I put them in the "pool" in front of my door when we have heavy rain already...but when I got back they were dry again (or my flat didn't get under water at the end. )
