well lets put it this way - I don't know if mine can get any worse. My um's kitty (not even 2 years old) is going in for surgery Wednesday - it will probablly be an open and shut case. We're trying to prep the kids that Thor may not come home, but its hard.

I wonder....ya think he's a thudder or a puddler....I think he just falls over backwards with his little feet in the air!

{siiiigh} I am so pathetic...I got up to go get something in the kitchen, and by the time I got there, oh, about 3 seconds, I forgot what I went for!!!!!! So, in order to keep it from being a totally wasted trip, I picked up my 2 favorite men and headed back to the bedroom.......

double {siiiiiiiigh}.....right now, my two favorite men that provide me any pleasure......Ben and Jerry........

did a rather Holly-like thing earlier......my cat pulls the little drain thingy out of the bathtub drian....not sure why...but anyway, it has 6 little razor sharp prongs that usually end up sticking up in the bottom of the tub....yep, you guessed it....wasn't paying attention and stepped right on one of the prongs....stabbed myself in the bottom of my foot...it's all bruised and sore, deep enough that I can't even walk on the foot....just tippy-toe.....it hurt so much I thought I was gonna pass out in the shower......in mid rinse of my hair stuff......talk about goo!

Suckers throbbing like a dickens now......

sigh. it's starting to heat up. poor sydney has been in the 100's and will be for the rest of the week.

we're more fortunate. only in the 80's, and up and down from 69 to 85 for the rest of the week for us.

so its already started - laying in bed and I hear a "meow". calll the kitty. no one jumps up on the bed. goes to check it out and Thor and his guard kitty are fast asleep in the um's bedroom.. Now I'm drinking so I can sleep (not a good sign)

So people - what do I do? Kitty is in surgery - get a phone call - its not good - should then let him go? (of course is the answer) the question is do I pull the ums out of school so they can be there?
