Status: offline 		Yes, she has.  She does something different with me every time we're together, then writes it all down with the amount of weight & reps & all so that I can pull that & do it on my own when I come in.  The diet is essentially portion control & lots of veggies & fruits.  I eat off a smaller plate & fill half with veggies, then 2/3 of the other half with meat/protein & 1/3 with carb.  I like to cook everything up in the same non-stick skillet.  Sauteed pasta & brussels sprouts are to die for, I've discovered.  I add a small amount of fat to satisfy that need.  One plate, one skillet et voila!!

I am so so lucky and just blessed. She is hands down the best thing to happen in my life. She loves me at my absolute worst.. and takes care of us so well. I just can not get over how blessed I am to have her in our life. I have never had the feeling of having an actual honest to goodness family, where we all pull for one another. ~ though the um is being a bit of a shit... and I am tempted to cook him.

We have so much in common... ( we are doing sewing projects right now... she is making Dragon Stuffies ~ I am doing some alterations.. and helpping with the stuffies) and enough different that we compliment one another. She is a good manager of time... ( Linear time concepts are just beyond me at times.. but I have gotten much better at it)  

I just wish everyone could have someone as special as her in their lives.

Status: offline 		I met a woman on the bikes yesterday who has trouble being motivated to get there on her own & it didn't occur to me till today that I should have suggested that we motivate each other.  I will make every attempt to find her when I go back tomorrow at *GASP!* 0640.

In my world, 0640 is barbaric.  This morning I slept till 1000.  I had a dr one time who said he wished to study my circadian rhythms since I was the only true night person he thought he'd ever met.  My body is happiest if I can sleep while it's light out & be up in the dark.  I was up doing housework till I finally forced myself into bed last night a bit before midnight.  Yesterday was an unusual day for me though in that I was up doing stuff all day too.

0640 would be heavenly to go & workout! But then again, now as I'm leaving the gym, I can think of YOU just arriving!

I don't have enough freakin room for all this clean laundry in this bitty little apt!!!!!

Status: offline 		I hate the fact that so far today I've done 5 loads of laundry. Horrible teenager never puts stuff in the hamper, and doesn't ask me to do it until it's overflowing. I could let him do it but he'd keep the machines occupied for days never remembering to move stuff. Besides he thinks the dryer is a place to store clean clothes until he's ready for them!
