Katy my fear is that since I am pre diabetic and very close to becoming actually diabetic, is that I'll do things I think are healthy like eating fruit 3 or 4 times a day and bell peppers, and other crunchy nummy things like it everyday and having low fat yogurt everyday and stuff, that I will actually be doing myself more harm than good either because it has sky rocketed my sugar through the roof, or that much fruit is bad for a pre/ almost diabetic. I've tried taking health classes and they help a little bit, but bylarge and by far they suck more than they don't, and You can't get a consult with a nutritionist or be assigned a nutritionist case manager, If your sole need is for weight loss. Fortunatly since I am pre diabetic and almost full blown, I may qualify for sessons with a nutritionist and maybe even a case manager. quote:
