i also hate that He 'told me to' make sure i ate something on the way home from work...i told Him i did not feel like it, He told me it was not a request. He even suggested i get McDonalds (my favorite)... i hate it when i eat it....it tastes sooo damn yummy... and i hate it even more when it goes right through me..

That's how I reacted when I went lactose intolerant.  Was tough at work (I'd take a magazine to the bathroom with me!)

I used to only use my pills for ice cream and the occasional bowl of cereal. 

Now I'm a cereal killer...

Musonex is your friend honey... It has worked well for my brood.

Also using one of those Vapor inhalers ( stick things you stick up your nose that smells like vicks) helps you sleep. Just dont reapply it when half asleep... Um... folks dont judge distances well then. I almost ended up with vicks on my brain this morning. LOL

make sure you keep your head and ears clear hun.. it can so fast travel to your ears. Not a fun hurt at all.

ALso feel around the scalp with the pads of your thumbs and rub the tight spots, I rub each spot I find up down side to side to release. Former deep tissue therapist specializing in headache release.

Status: offline 		I hate that a woman who comes to the hotel usually twice a year (she brings her husband to town for medical treatments - Parkinsons) is now going through stage 4 lymphoma.  I absolutley adore these people (they sent me flowers for my birthday a couple of years ago).

Please, folks... prayers and good thoughts for them both..  Penny and Curt are two of the loveliest people....
