What is an MRE? thank you. And I Love Love Love Protein Shakes. When I was working out all the time, I had them every morning for breakfast. Chocolate malted - all low sugar. I put it in through the weight watchers plan and the way I made them, they were only 5 points each (on a 25 point diet). And it was great to have something so yummy as a "treat"... Every day I started my day with a happy treat. Hugs to potty and her shakes (although I don't like the apple ones.) Speaking of... here are some baked apples with cinnamon and nuts and raisins with a bit of rice and honey. Complete nutrition n a bowl. One of my friends from England used to make this. It is good on a cold morning. It'll tide you over till the Potted Plant gets here.
