LOL...Luck is needed though I will admit the Plumber is hot and has his pants pulled up. We have already removed the tile walls, chiseled out the floor tiles to fit the new tub..gotten the tub, the replacement tiles, mastic, grout and tools and green boards, the fixtures, ancillary hardware, new sink and cabinet. The Plumber for $620-$640 comes in, pulls the old tub (which rusted through) all the fixtures (sink, toilet) puts in the new and leaves Buttah and me the clean up and the beginning of the retiling...(insulation, etc.). Not a bad racket plumbers got going. We will be removing the course of tiles from the Master bathroom that he marks so he can get to the pipes..why us? We can remove them without breaking them..We recycled over half of the original tiles from the bathroom thanks to our techniques. poenkitten ( I know he planned this..Just KNOW IT)
