Kali, I know that that was very painful to share, I tend to keep quiet about my own failed attempts as well, the last two were in direct relationship to the murder of my son, others in relationship to my upbringing. It is a long, slow and painfully hard road back from that level of depression, and one I wish on no one. I admire your perseverance.

Geof, whether you meant what you said or not ( and I will always err on the side of meant it) get help. Life is never easy, is usually messy and has many pitfalls for both young and old alike to get caught up in. It never hurts to have someone to talk to, and can help if it is the right person. I hate having to make decisions without knowing all the facts..

I hate the fact that so many people around me, both real time and online, are either hurting, suffering, unable to be themselves, heartbroken, afraid or experiencing personal crises.. It's so sad to be only able to express online wishes and hugs, and not be able to share warmth and physical hugs.,. but rest assured I will not turn away and that you are in my thoughts.

Christine, if nothing else you can get the per cup from Foldgers or Maxwell House, just heat water and let the bad seep. I have been through Caffiene withdrawal and found that cold turkey is NOT the way to go, stepping down yes its not that hard. In the mean time if you have to keep the packages in your room do it. It not as good a proper coffee but it does help out in a pinch and doesnt require a coffee pot. Or get a small french press perhaps, now those make awesome coffee. Holly if this is all in your chest, consume tons of water and take musinex, it will lossen the phelgm in your chest and while you will be hacking it up (no other way to really put it) it was get out of your chest. You need the water to soften and liquidify the nasty stuff and musinex knocks it loose. I have avoided chest infestions this way for years so now it works.

Geoff, life has thrown me some very nasty curves. Most know that I suffer from chronic clinical depression and anxiety which for years reduces me to just a person waiting out my days in selcusion like a hermit. I have many days that I wish it would just be over. But rather than saying I wish I wasnt here anymore, I have always been of the mind that like it or not I have to ride out the reasons I thought it wasnt worth it. Had I acted, I would never have made it to this point in my life which is now wonderful, had I acted on the fleeting thought, I would have devisted so many family and loved ones. While it took 12 years I finally guess I paid my karma sufficiently to get my due. Gods knows what I did in my past life to have to pay so long but I just turned the time into helping others and not wallowing in self pity. (most of the time) Move on, learn and try not to make the same mistakes. Early death until its meant is a totally selfish thing to do, just think what hell you will leave on others for doing something in the heat of the moment. Like others, get help, thats what professional are there for. My doctors get a strange look on my facw when I answer are you suicidal, gets answer with my too subborn to give in to those thought.

Honestly while its a horrible way to end, in the end going that was is just a selfish cop out. Ge the to a Dr if its that bad and be gone with the self pity.

I hate that my boss/landlord (who just bought a 3mil dollar McMansion, as well as a 2009 Jag for his 16 yr old kid) has decided to cut back my hours to 'save on expenses'.

He just raised my rent.

He knows I already have a hell of a time paying bills, and that I'm trying to put the $$ together to fix my damned car (which, incidently, he is the lien holder on, as well...another expense).

i hate that i'm exhuasted and really haven't had a chance to sleep since getting to vegas and now that i'll be caring for my grandfather in salt lake as well as working full time, that it will likely be months before i have any alone time again to just veg and try to catch up physically and emotionally.

oh greedy! carve his name into a cucumber and put it in the freezer. it's an old witches remedy - he shouldn't be able to get a hard-on as long as you keep it in the fridge. :) I'd recommend a couple of weeks, just focus you will and intent into his 'willy' as it were. GT..His best Employee needs to go look at other Hotels even within the chain that can use her talents, personality and accumen..and then tell him AFTER you have found a new Job, that you thank him for all his efforts on your behalf but to be sure and have the money to pay the rent, pay for the car and it's repairs and join your husband in the near future you find it necessary to change jobs to one which will pay you a living wage and give you sufficient hours. I hate it that I was a fool. I hate that I was dumb enough to let someone get close enough to wound Me. I hate the fact that this person can bring tears to My eyes.
