Gouda (rich, creamy, relatively firm & mild in flavor), but I basically cannot eat aged cheeses anymore cuz they exacerbate my migraines. True bummer cuz I really love swiss & cheddar & edam & on & on, but if I eat more than about a 1/4 ounce a day the migraine's show up, & if I stay away so do the migraines . .... Similar thing with red wine . ... Sooooooooooooo, PBM, anything kinda ordinary (food, activities, etc) you like that you cannot do cuz it has 'bad' (side) effects?
