Stir-fry veg with pieces of strong cheese.  Yoghurt.  (Yeah, well, I'm a bachelor at the moment...)

Soooooooooooooooooo, pbm, what is your favourite cheese?  (Since we're from all round the world, please describe it.)

Gouda (rich, creamy, relatively firm & mild in flavor), but I basically cannot eat aged cheeses anymore cuz they exacerbate my migraines. True bummer cuz I really love swiss & cheddar & edam & on & on, but if I eat more than about a 1/4 ounce a day the migraine's show up, & if I stay away so do the migraines . .... Similar thing with red wine . ...

Sooooooooooooo, PBM, anything kinda ordinary (food, activities, etc) you like that you cannot do cuz it has 'bad' (side) effects?

Jaywalking down the motorway is one activity that seems to have a bad effect on me these days.

Seriously, and thankfully, I am fairly immune to foods, allergies, etc.  Ever since I was about 14, when someone kicked my spine with full force, I have had back problems and am limited in the strain I can put on it.  Sit-ups, for example, are very painful after about the third one and digging in the garden - which I can otherwise enjoy - can give me back pain within an hour unless I'm very careful.

Sooooooooooo, pbm, what do you feel physically incapable of that you would like to be able to do?

OK, here we go...

Walking long distances, typing/writing for too long, lifting my damn wok, eating anything too sweet, too salty or too heavy...the list goes on...

Soooooooooooo PBM....they say everyone has a novel inside them....what's the title of yours?

You mean, like the lazing-around thing on a boat?  Yeeeeahhh, I've wondered about that ... When I was a family man, it might have made more sense but now that I don't have young children, I'm less tolerant (again) of other people's, so it would have to be a cruise that didn't have young kids (because few children are perfectly well behaved and those few who are get my sympathy).  I might also need it to be kink-tolerant and since that is probably asking too much, <sigh> I guess it's a non-starter.

Sooooooooooo, pbm, which foreign country, that you have not been to, would you like to visit, and why?

(both fluffy and furry sound nice to stroke, though  )

To read about, I suppose 17th through 19th century - when the Western world was making such huge inroads into science, new worlds and military conquest.  I don't think I would have liked to have lived through it, though.  For living, maybe now, or yesterday if it has to be history!

Sooooooooooooo, pbm, if you had been born two hundred years ago, what would your life and career be like, do you think?

Yep. The rain has cleared & it's still nice & reasonable temp wise . . ... But within a month, maybe less, we'll be nearing the 100's (F) -- Chico gets freaking hot in the summer, such that when it cools down to the high nineties it feels good, lol . . . .

Soooooooooooo, PBM, if you could live in any city in the world, where would you live?

Where i have friends.  For starters, i'd like to live near my 94 year old father so we can spend more of his later years together.

soooooo ... pbm ... would you like to live somewhere else, at least for a few years?
