Status: offline 		It is still a Federal thing but states can elect to have their own.
The higher amount prevails.

The minimum wage in KS is set at $2.65.
They have to pay the federal minimum wage.

The minimum wage in WA is $8.55 and that is what employers pay.

Texas does not have a minimum wage set; they automatically use the federal rate.

Status: offline 		The thing here is, if a male applied for the job, the potential employer who has any connection to this ad is now subject to national non-discrimination laws. If this idiot works out of his home or used his work computer to post this ad, he's fucked. There's SO many holes in this post, you can't take it seriously. I mean you really can't.

Reading it, I definitely think someone just watched the Secretary for the first time and is fantasizing.

I sure hope some young sheltered inexperienced girl doesn't read that, desperate for a job in this economy and think it's legit.

I also agree with another poster, Does he never have guest over?  what does he mean de-kink his place?  From the lifestyle Dommes that I know, including myself, any "equipment" is usually delegated to one room, which I call my chamber, and guest and family are not allowed in that room.  Sounds like he's using this as an excuse, as well as the nudity thing.  If you can't conduct business as business, then you have no business.   Stop with the ad, find yourself a companion and have her be your assistant as one of her chores, cause this is just scary and ridiculous and heaven forbid there are any sex crimes or in your area, one phone call opens you up for investigation.

This reminds me of when I was in my 20's I saw an ad in the paper.  It wasn't this crass,but I couldn't read between the lines.  Being from a small town, young, and hungry for a job before I lost the effeciency apt that I lived in, and then I wouldn't be able to continue my studies, and being very inexperienced, I went to the interview.  

He immediately told me that I would be basically his slave, in so many words.  He said that I couldn't have a boyfriend, friends, and very or no contact with my family because I had to be available to him 24/7 and that I had to travel with him where ever and when ever he wanted.  Basically, no life of my own, and I would exists only for his needs.  Not sure if was common sense that finally slapped me in the face or the Domme in me, but I politely got the hell out of there.   He went into more detail, that I won't go into, but trust me he sounded pretty much like this guy, sans the naked part, but he sure implied there would be other ways to "service" him other than administrative.

Times are tough, and if he is serious, I'll bet that is what he's counting on.  I sure hope no one takes him up on his offer.  Sounds like someone could end up being an unwilling captive or end up in a ditch somewhere.

Status: offline 		That is considered minimum wage in New York State. I've seen minimum wage higher in other states but this one is so far in the red that it's likely to fall.

it's again not the best thing I have ever heard of but the OP offered room and board and if someone is about to be homeless, this would be a good idea especially to get on their feet.

Desperation makes for strange bedfellows.  I would prefer to work as a temp or work at a business outside of my chosen field and be able to put this on my resume instead of working for a person who can't pay a living wage, wants to work in the nude and experience his "Secretary" fantasies at my expense. How will that look when listed as job experience?

Status: offline 		IF i lived in TX, i might consider checking this one out a little further but since im in IN i can post my comments from here. I worked (PAST TENSE, havent been able to find a job since i got let go from one of my 2 jobs..long story, another time)for a home health care agency for 2 yrs and only made $8 an hr which is considerably harder work than any secretary ive ever seen.here in IN min wage is going up to $7.25 and nobodys paying much more than that. I havent been able to find a job in 9 mon and ive got a child to raise, cant get unemployment because it was "my fault" i got let go,so yea $1280 a month dont sound too damn bad. Masters houshold is a nudist home so ive gotten used to 4-5 ppl besides my self running around nude all day every day. been to play parties where most hte ppl are nude total strangers and its just like anyother prson cause im  not interested in play therefore they arent a distraction. but think what you want and ill see it my way and what ever
