Angry haircut got whacked again.... check out last 2 pictures on the profile for the new 'do......

Just got mine chopped off last night - almost up to chin length.

Thing that pissed me off about the first lady is I flat out asked her if the original style would work for my type of hair. She insisted it would. And of course it didn't. So now I'm back to my natural red curls. Feels almost retro, considering this is the same hair style I've had to have almost all my life.

Rain, if it's any consolation, I've had plenty of conversations with children who have found cell phones......which is really sort of scary, because as you saw, kids will tell anyone just about anything! We always try to make contact with an adult, no matter how much the kids tell us no one's there, or they're fine, or whatever pops into their little minds. Had Mr. Smarties not finally given you the phone, the Mounties would've been coming to just say "hi!"

I was under the impression that to get the PD in Canada, you had to dial 999, I could be wrong, however, you're close enough to the American border that if he dials "911", he may get the other side.....which would be a suburb of Buffalo, or maybe Grand Island. And pretty much all cell phones are programmed that if you just hold the "9" button down, it connects to the PD. That's how we get a lot of what we call "butt" or "pocket" calls. Trust me, it's all in a day's work for us!

We often chuckle over calls like the one Mr. Smarties made.....kind of lightens the day from the other kinds of calls we get from kids.
