Okay. . . I checked out Holly's friend's profile. Not too bad looking. A bit tall for my taste though.

I had found her a little second hand coat for two-dollars that is just absolutly adorable. The little zipper pull tag was missing. So I put a key chain on it. The weather had gotten colder than I was planning on, so I had not had a chance to search out a special key chain for it, so I used one that had been given to me from a friend. He had brought it back from Malyasia after visiting his family (we were in school togeather) so I attached it. She wore the coat to the park today because the weather is still fairly cool.

The playground mommies went nuts over it. Where had I bought such a lovely coat, what a great new system for the pull tabs on zippers (they are small on kids coats), how much did it cost, had I had to order it special. . . yadda yadda.

They were rather in shock that YES! It is possible for you to add a key chain to a zipper with OUT special skills. And that YES you can find cute/darling things with out going to the expensive kids shops.

It was so hard for me to find a coat last year that would let her walk because of her size. So when I had seen this one, I snatched it up. I will probably get her a second one as well. . . just because of how dirty and wet they can get, but ya know. . . you just can't beat two dollars.

Good for you!!!! Bet she looked adorable in it and really made you feel good to hear those compliments

I just bought the LoudOne a bunch of pre-owned clothes on E-Bay. He had a growth spurt and went from a size three to a five. Of course all the winter clothes i had for him are a size four.
