I admit that I too am waiting for My Dude to get home from work. Evenings of peace and serenity are good.

I admit that kyttyn's comment about Martha Stewart putting a collar on someone kind of gave me an issue.

I admit I may need ice cream to overcome this issue..

I admit, that for some odd reason* and no I am not pregnant* I ocasionally crave frosted shredded wheat, and normally I don't like them. I think it's the crunch and the sweetness.

I admit though they're one hell of a crappy cereal, in that they get soggy in seconds of pouring in the milk.

If you can have one lol. I admit Last night we got into a bit of a power struggle, if you will. He wanted to hop on the ps2 and play video games for a couple hours, but it was already 9 o-clock, and I wanted us to watch the two episodes of America's got Talent, and we didn't have time to do both.

America's got Talent won out, but he was a bit annoyed, since he wanted to play video games,and I was a bit annoyed that he'd rather come home and jump immediately onto a gaming console for a few hours, rather than watch some tv, a show we both happen to enjoy, no less too.

We eventually did settle down and have quite the good time watching our show.

I admit that the creme brulee was not in the upstairs freezer, so I had a black raspberry dark chocolate bar instead.

I admit that I am so glad Jeddie has shut his beak!! He was on a total tear tonight of LOUD singing! For like, an HOUR! LOUD. Thank goodness he doesn't make obnoxious sounds, anyway. He is pretty hilarious, actually. What can I say, that bird is my life! :).

I admit I didn't know what to make for dinner. I bought 6 pounds of asparagrass at fab price. Gave away 2 pounds, Have eaten 2 pounds so far, so needed to do something with it......

I admit I'm going to brag on this nice dinner of entree I invented for this evening.......

Salmon well-done (NOTE! well-done) take off-skin, and broken into cubes about 1/2" on side. Plate that as half-moon - edge straight down center of plate. Other half of moon - fresh asparagus, steamed, cut into 3/4" bites. And over the seam, generous serving of mayo....... Sort of a HIGH class "tuna" salad, but de-constructed. Oh, and a small side salad of greens (outta box) with cherry tomatoes -CUT in halves - you do NOT want to pierce them and have them shot tomato seeds and juices at you. Olives and basalmic dressing.

Dessert? Angle food cake in cubes with fresh, hand cut fruit salad and over that - blueberry yoghurt.

I admit that my mouth waters as I type.

Quelle coincidence, I had almost the same thing Lance, but I made hollandaise sauce to go with it, and a spinach salad. I have to tell you though that the *well done* part made me sad.

. Salmon was med rare here and delicous~ Oh, and I love asparagus too!

I admit salmon med rare is very good.
I admit this was an experiment, using a FABULOUS spice blend.
I admit that I am prejudiced about http://www.fbtef.com/index_files/Page546.htm but only because I've used it and love it!

I put a heavy layer of the Fish blend on the salmon and then pierced it heavily. Guess I could've done a marinade. The idea was to flavor and carmalize the fish all the way thru.

The serving method made it clear to take different bits in one bite.

Sure Hollandaise on med rare salmon is fine and Hollandaise on asparagrass is good, but this was a de-construct. I almost mixed it all together and plated it that way, but decided to just "leave" it un-mixed. I'd love to present it to the judges on some Food Network contest...... and say "The salmon appears over-done, but it was cooked that way to carmarlize it all the way through." and trust them to evaluate the dish for itself, not for what they were expecting.

I admit that not too many admits were used above, but point out that no admits were harmed in the writing of this post. LOL!

I admit that I am going to try Lance's Salmon recipe, I could eat salmon 4 nights a week.

I admit that I have a lunch meeting at 11:30..who eats lunch at 11:30? I don't even think about til 1 or so.

I admit the client is always right though, so 11:30 lunch it is.

i admit this is my 40,000 post. Sheeeeesh...you guys make me talk alot!

i admit i spent yesterday at the Neuro Unit of the hospital where i was taken after my accident.

i admit there were a TON of tests...2 different MRI's, x-rays before and after the MRI's, a CT scan with the contrast dye, EEG, memory testing, cognitive testing, and finally a meeting with a Neurologist who i really really like.

i admit i failed the short term memory testing with flying colors.

I admit the Dr said he has rarely seen a head injury as severe as mine where the patient was not permanently disabled, and not only was i not disabled, but i walked out of the hospital a few days later.

I admit he said he has never seen healing as remarkable as he is seeing with me. He said the swelling in the brain is almost gone!!!! Now the nerve damage can (hopefully) begin to heal as well.

I admit the power of prayer is behind this...and i really want to thank everyone here!!!!!
