I admit that I had the most circular conversation with a crazy person just now. I admit that she was mad that she didn't feel she got what she was entitled to, from her father's estate. I admit that after hearing her yap for a while, I cut her off and said, "You can either stop interrupting me and let me finish, or I can hang up on you and go back to having a good day. You decide." I admit that she shut up and listened to me, and I was able to give her some information that may be helpful to her. I admit that, for my own sadistic pleasure, when I was done talking to the nutter, I passed her along to my boss, telling her that my boss would like to hear the details of her situation from the beginning so she could get a clearer picture of what she has gone through and what it is that she hopes to gain from the situation, and more importantly, how "we" could help her. I admit that she thanked me over and over before I transferred the call, and I just had to "bless her heart." I admit that my boss came downstairs after finishing that conversation (which lasted a really long time, LOL) and said, "Who the hell was that? She's insane and repeats herself, and talked non-stop about how she wanted this matter to be fixed regarding the New York property. We don't have jurisdiction in New York, what the phuk?" I admit that I knew that before I transferred the call (after all, I had spent the first 20 minutes with her one the phone while she was freaking out and screaming at me... so yeah, I knew the property was in New York. I also know that Virginia is not in New York.)
