I admit the rifles were wooden (solid wood, and flying through the air), and the swords were not sharp.

I also admit that we did a pretty bad ass fight scene from the year we did Pirates of the Caribbean.

I admit that year, we placed first and grand champion so may times, no band since 04-05 has been able to even come close!

I admit that dressing like pirates was pretty kick ass!

I admit that the fight scene was color guard/drum line versus the winds.

I admit that I like to think that the guard/drums won that battle.

I further admit that the death scene by the guard was pretty kick ass.

And lastly, I admit that it was pretty effing fun having jolly roger flags, and screaming ARRRGH! at the end of the last song.

I admit it I am still worried about my cat spicy as so far I haven't seen him today either...he also did not respond to my signal (making noises with my keys) when I got home from work where often he comes running towards me...

I admit that the mental images of Pirate Kyttyn waving wooden swords and jolly roger flags and yelling "aaargh" made my day.

I admit that so does this: my son, J., informed me about an hour ago that his gf is likely in the early stages of labor. My first grandchild is imminent. Like, omg.

I admit that I think Petal/Lavinia gives me too much credit, but I thank her for her beautiful words anyhow. *hugs*

I admit that I am taking 4 things to the lake tomorrow, so I will be busy making a ginormous picnic basket later.

I admit that one of Thing 2's friends came by earlier and asked if she was around to play.

I admit that I told her friend that she was shopping for school supplies with a neighbor girl.

I admit that Thing 1 looked at me

, horrified, and said, "OMGosh, Mom!!! Did you just say she was shopping for sports bras??? Don't say things like that to people! What's wrong with you???"

I admit that I told him I said "school supplies" and that he and DB needed hearing aids.

I admit that I need to work on my gal pal's legal docs before she comes by Monday to sign off on them.

I admit that I am not sure the world could handle a clone of Red. Or of me, either. Being able to warp time and be in two places at once, now we could discuss that..

I admit that I wish I had done as fab a job with my Things as Red seems to be doing with hers. The one who is about to become a father is the only one of the three I made that came out decently..

I admit that I need to get back down with my spiritual studies, and start blogging and writing again.

I admit that everyone needs to read the book "Ishmael" by Daniel Quinn. Be forewarned: you will never be the same after.

I admit that I just found out that Brian McKnight sings a song from one of my favorite movies. *I love all songs by Brian McKnight, and have told DB that I may need to add him (BMK) to my "To-Do List" should the occasion ever present itself.*

I admit that DB said I can add him to my list as long as I keep Jerome Bettis on my list, because doing him (JB) would surely provide DB with season tickets to see the Steelers. (I love how my Lust List is being used to benefit my Sir.)

I admit that maybe I should make a *ahem* "To-Do List" like Red's. He would not be nearly as interested in the season tickets as He would be in his ringside seat to my shenanigans (He really wants to watch, and make sammiches out of me. He's never gotten to. Bless His heart..).

I admit that I have had a long road to travel with the Things, especially Thing 1, with his emotional disorder, etc., but he has been transformed into a wonderful young man, of whom I am very proud. *warm fuzzies* We still have our moments, but most of the time, it's just good stuff.

Thing 2... well that child is destined for total world domination one day. I adore her because she is honest, funny, loving, and erupts like a volcano if she feels that an injustice has been perpetrated. (I have no idea where she gets that stuff, I really don't)

I admit that Motherhood didn't come with a manual, so we all do what we can as we can.

I admit that there are things I have said and done that I wish with all my heart I could take back, but I can't, so I have apologized for them, and always tell them that I am trying to be the best mom I can be... and that mistakes will happen because I'm human.

I admit that I think they respect the fact that I'm just "real" with them when I mess up, and that I love them more than air, and that I will not back down when they are doing the wrong thing, because that's my job as a mom.

I admit that I told a friend of mine whose kids are a lot younger that fear and respect will get my kids to the same place right now, so I don't care which is working at the moment, as long as they are good kids.

I admit that I love my fellow mama bears on here. The toughest job you'll ever love.

I admit Monster 3 asked Master to marry her on Thursday.

I admit they were married last night with "silly bands".

I admit I got to pick out Master's "silly wedding band".

I admit He gave her lots of hugs and then held her down and licked her cheek as I giggled insanely at them.

I admit there were several witnesses to this marriage, so I think it'll hold up!

I admit I am a bit jealous, they have silly bands and are husband/wife now, and I haven't even a collar.

I admit we sent Monster 3 away with everyone else so Master and I could do some wedding night "not napping"
