I admit that my heart goes out to Shahar and family, and to her beloved Georgie. *I understand very well. Great big hugs*

I admit that Thing 2 and I went to the animal shelter on Saturday and played with some kittehs who needed a little love.

I admit that I adore Lavilovebug more than she could ever know. She is a bright light and a source of warm fuzzies to me and so many others on these boards. I look to the day that we can somehow meet. *much love and squishes to you, angel*

I admit that I spent the better part of the weekend tearing apart my home and bagging up things to donate to a charity that uses the proceeds of the sales for local homeless people.

I admit that I parted with 24 purses and 6 wallets. (I am not a shoe girl, never have been... I am, however, a "bag lady.")

I admit that I also gave away a ton of Thing clothes. (I'm not a clothes horse, and frequently thin out my closet, so I didn't have much to offer this time in the way of clothes.)

I admit that Thing 1 cleaned his room yesterday. (I didn't open his closets for fear of an avalanche. I prefer the "don't ask, don't tell" approach to Thing room cleaning.)

I admit that I made my ex take most of his stuff out of my place yesterday because I have been storing it for 2 months and it simply needed to go so my anxiety would lessen. (Clutter makes me edgy and angry because my surroundings feel out of control.)

I admit that he wasn't very happy, but removed it anyway. He lost his place a month + ago and has been staying with us for the most part. (I told him to be happy he has such a nice ex-wife who will offer her home and food, etc. when he has not. He said that he thanks God for my kindness. It's just what I need to do... setting the past aside, and letting my children's father have a roof over his head while he gets back on his feet, so the kids see that we may not be married, but we do care and always we look out for family.)

I admit that Thing 2 gets her MRI results today and I pray that they are good.

I admit that I'm crazy tired and wish I could go home, but that wouldn't get my work done, so I'm back to my files. *le grand sigh*

I admit that they iz boyz and we didn't get a manual for how to figger them out. However, a bag of coconuts to the groin and upside his head may do the trick. Oh, and just so he knows that I mean that in the most Southern way possible, I'll also give him a pineapple. (Iffin all y'all don't know the significance of the pineapple in the South, google it)

Sorry to hear that shahar...

I admit it is fucking cold in my flat.

I admit that snow is being reported in the news today to be on the way to here...

I admit I put on my heating but it takes ages to heat up.

I admit I cant afford to turn on my additional heater which is hot straight away as my power is low (i dont even dare to have a look but on friday i had 8 pound left) and I had to re-order a new power key as mine isnt working anymore (and I have no idea why).

I admit that sucks when you have a flat where you pay your electricity like that.

I admit I just hope that this fucking new key comes before the power goes off here as with no power I won't have any warm water either (sinks have hot water via gas, which is run out by now and so far I don't even owe a card for that one and shower is powered via electricity which, in general I am glad about)...However, I need that fucking new key to top up that account

I admit I either need to find my flashlight or buy one tomorrow in case it does go off
