Status: offline 		I admit I forgot where the I admits was.  Oh the joy of my brain- totally fucked!

I admit I got this letter, well a notification that I got one, so I had to come read it, there's a friend here, who from the beginning along with Red and Kytten has always been super kind.  (forgive the fabulous Lavinia right now cause once again, I am screwed up)  anyway, the letter, was so amazing.  It seemed like she knew me, maybe she did/does but the letter was so warm and understanding of the shit shape I'm in.   She told me I was - hmmm im forgetting the word, it's my fucked up brain again,  she told me I was something like brave for coming here and blurting what I did.  I don't think so, I think I just wanted out of nowhere to tell you all about loving your kids (like Red and her roast beef and sugar cookies, - still makes me cry)  and all of you be aware of your surroundings always. 

I admit I miss Red, Kytten, Hibbie, Linn, and a few others I can't remember names right this moment.   Its been a forgetful evening, but again I stopped because I can't get to some of you, away from here.

Final admit, If this sounds like a mixed up mess, it feels like it took me hours to write.   I wanted to stop after typing I admit, and that means, -  your worth it. 

I admit its time to lay down finally.

I admit I finally had my pain meds review this morning. The news is that, as expected, the current fairly heavy stuff isn't cutting the mustard anymore, so we're moving from a single-type to a cocktail of heavier shit. Can't wait to nom me some loopy-tabs :)

On the bright side, my GP declined to ask me to stop riding bikes or doing trackdays ... sometimes it helps to have a doctor who is a biker himself :)

No you don't - you sound like someone who's justifiably angry because they've been pissed about.

Just be sure you're doing what is right for you, that's all. But as far as I'm aware, being submissive (presuming that's what you are from your comments? I don't check up on people, see) isn't a synonym for "must put up with all of someone else's shitty behaviour, regardless".

I admit I don't follow this thread closely and may have missed some nuances to your situation, but -

My assistant had her friends fix things and presented an inflated invoice with an equivalent deduction from the rent. Now her landlord gets things fixed promptly.

Also, when things like toilets are not working you are justified in withholding rent completely. (Just make sure you have the money and can produce it when the fix has been made.)

Florida Renter's Rights Handbook

Landlord’s Duties

Florida law divides your landlord’s obligations into 2 categories. You are
allowed to withhold rent if the landlord breaches the obligations in the first
category, but not if the landlord breaches the obligations in the second category:
(However, withholding rent is not a good idea if you do not know what you are
doing. If it comes to the point where withholding rent seems necessary, you
should contact a lawyer for advice. Withholding rent could lead to additional
costs and possibly eviction.)

1) Obligations that justify withholding rent for breach:

Th e landlord must keep your housing in conformity with all building, housing
and health codes. If no codes apply, the landlord must maintain the structural
components and plumbing in good repair. (Fla. Stat. § 83.51(1)(a),(b)).
