I admit I am trying really hard to not think about Convict and this afternoon, but it isnt working all too well.

it's been a long life for him, and I think since I got him (and since Mom took him when I culdnt keep him any longer - that goose incident) thta its been a GOOD life.

doesnt make saying goodbye any easier,.,

Saying goodbye is never easy, in fact it's one of the hardest things to do, but it's also tough to make the decision that the dog is no longer happy, sick and may be in pain. It takes a hella courage to know it's time to let go even if you don't want to or aren't ready.

My thoughts are with you and your mom today. Just remember that Bridge and how one day you'll see Convict again waiting for you happy and healthy and ready to play.

Psssst....bring a stuffed goose with you then, I'm sure there's a gift shop at the bottom of the Bridge before you cross over to see him once more.

I admit I just woke up again after having gotten up at 3:45am or so.

I admit I finally wrote a cmail to someone I'd become very attached to.

I admit I had to tell him no, our values and natures are just too different.

I admit I haz a sad, but will not settle.

I admit he'd most likely drive me back down a dark hole I just can't go to anymore.

I admit I took my dad into consideration because I know he wouldn't approve, for good reason, and I will not lose him over some guy again. Dad means too much to me as does his g/f and her family.

I admit it was a tough decision to make, but I'm finally learning that I have to look after #1, and that's me. For once.

I admit I am seven kinds pissed at the slumlord: the spetic folks came out today. because (according to the slumlord) I had been flushing baby wipes - which I have NOT) it is on ME to pay for the septic visit and next plumber visit (to put the toilet back in place)/// that motherfucker is on serious drugs, IMO..

a call to health dept. may be on the books soon. I have told Mom that I may need her spare room soon, if only for a temp thing...

I admit that I am STILL sitting at work because our blasted courier decided to pick TODAY to run late with our paychecks!!
