I admit that it wasn't a body building competition, it was a martial arts competition and it went very well, thanks!

I admit on another note I got an email which lifted my spirit today...and hope that this one will lead to a further one with an actual invitation to the interview

I admit their salary wouldn't be far off from my degree job and would be really awesome.

I admit, though, that I would have preferred to hear from them about an application for a post I applied for a week before that one as that client group would have been way more in my comfort zone and 1k more a year, but ok...I will wait and see

I admit i will post off now two fixed applications and then finally take my time off in regards to applications until saturday to finally sort out the easter stuff for my nephew...as that time is running damn low and knowing how much is currently in progress I feel ok with taking a break.

i admit I aimed to cook/bake my onion cake today but decided now to do that tomorrow instead...will go for scrambled eggs with bacon instead

as I need at first some more time to clean my kitchen better before being able to do that onion cake

But tomorrow I will do that one at last

I admit, I am happy for Winsome

I admit I just received a call from an agency to register next tuesday with them

I admit I wasn't able to arrange an appointment this week as I don't have the funds right now to afford train, fee for police check and passport pics but we agreed next tuesday

I admit that's finally progress as that should finally be the start back into work

I admit I don't mind that they provide temporary positions and not permanent ones as I am flexible in that respect and quite frankly don't care, as long as it brings in cash

I admit, even if they would not offer me work (which would surprise me a lot) then it would still give me finally a crb check which is useful for other positions, as sometimes I can't apply due to employers demanding to have one from the last 6-12 months which simply right now I dont have.

So either way, I am a happy bunny indeed

YAY! (I admit: ETA YAY for Phoenix!!)

I admit I called Borders.

I admit they told me that since I ordered a a pre-owned item that the delivery dates would be 4-20 days from order date.

I admit that I am SO not happy that the website DOES NOT indicate that AT ALL.

I admit that even if they survive their 'reorganization' (and at this point, frankly, I hope they dont..), I wilL NEVER order from Borders again.. if this order is any indication of how they do online business, then they deserve to hit the shitpile.

well, Ghita.. now this same twat ( who claims 30 yrs experience.. I'm not sure in what because of the way it phrased the statement) is now claiming that it bases the diagnosis on my e-mails, profile, what others say, and that my 'arrogance is well known on this site'.

well, could be, though there are more like that out there...a while ago some nutter had his run and ending it with that of course folks like me would block him anyway...so i thought...show him that he can be wrong about that...so I bothered to honour him with a minute of my time following which he then decided to block me

so I agree with Ghita:

I admit I find myself currently a lot drowning in youtube clips from popular shows on tv when I was a kid...

I admit I am grateful we had those ones during my childhood when I compare it with the rubbish on tv in these days.

I admit it's a bit sadening to realise how many great actors from my childhood moved on already...

I admit I hope they have the time of their (after)life now

I admit LadyP's post about cleaning supplies made me giggle inappropriately because it reminded me of a phrase I recently used on someone.... "Gonna get something Ajax ain't gonna be able to take off"

I admit I am SUPER HAPPY for Linea!

I admit I hope YSG finds the stress relief he needs.

I admit my birthday ended with me in the ER all night in excruciating pain. Apparently "beating" cancer automatically leaves you open/available to any other possible disease in the world. My diabetes is suddenly out of control. I have gall bladder disease and my gall bladder has to come out, so they drugged me with Toradol and it didn't touch the pain. The first dose of Demerol gave me about 30 min of relief. The 2nd dose finally kicked it. 3 large doses of strong pain meds within 3 hours...ugh! I had a CT Scan and had a reaction to the dye they inject you with so I had a rash/hives covering my body and had to be drugged up on Benadryl too. I can't drive - go figure. I can hardly talk w/o it being completely jumbled. I go for an ultrasound tomorrow, see my regular doctor on Friday and the surgeon again Monday.

I admit when it rains it pours.

eta: i admit it took me over 30 min to write this. i'm going to bed.
