Status: offline 		I admit it I had flashbacks & nightmares for several years after being run over by a car.

I admit it I worked with a hypnotherapist & the nightmares & flashbacks went away.

I admit it the flashbacks are the worst, because it's like reliving the incident over & over & over until you think you're going to lose your mind.

I admit that I will take the pinata stick to this bitch from several states away if that's what it takes.

I admit that my "paid friend" changes states of practice and gender more often than some people change their underwear.

I admit that I went to my "paid friend group" this afternoon. We learn a lot from each other and our experiences.

I admit I was glad when my nightmares stopped after about 8 years where I had them approx. 4 times per week.

I admit with the different views how fibromyalgia can develop (there are very contrary views between english and german homepages) I am aware that this regular sleep disruption can have lead to my fibromyalgia, but I decided for my own sake to blame my first car accident on it to avoid giving someone the power over my wellbeing for the rest of my life...as he certainly has no right to have that power over me.

I admit I was glad when he died aged 60 on a stroke...knowing that he won't harm anyone ever again.

I admit one tiny aspect of my nightmares from those days still comes to me about 1-2 times a year and I try to observe more my own circumstances I am in, when they occur, to try to find there a pattern to hopefully enable me to tackle that one for good as well...

I admit that this was the starting point of taking control over my nightmares during childhood...following which I slowly grew strength to work against it one step at a time, with avoiding aspects which lead to them (e.g. when I slept on my back I was much more prone to nightmares than when I was lieing on my side) until I managed to solve the issue itself to get them out of my life...

Does poor Urmel need to be crated?  When I had a kitten, she had a tendency to lay her rump on mine former husband foot.  He is going WTF and I told him to take the kitty to the doctor so she can get fixed. 

Then the bastard decided without consulting me that we need a weenie dog.  A teenage one at that...who thought that I was a house whore to hump on.

5 minutes later, I told him to give the dog to the owners...I already got 1 cat that has to stay inside (declawed Persian with lovely eyes) any more animals would raise the deposit.

How are things on your end?  I got storms trying to come in.  I hate it when it is humid and hot...

In regards to Urmel he had an episode where several times he did a funny noise when I stroked him and then bited me in my wrist and then the aha effect set in...that this actually doesn't help him anything

I admit, then sadly he started to terrorise his mum...

I admit I am sure to get it sorted in may but right now its just not really possible...unless c-dom responds which is highly unlikely now with easter coming up.

I admit today he was incredible vocal where I assumed it would be other cats...gosh did he chase the one who looks similar to spicy...and when that one wanted to escape Urmel stood in his way to prevent him from getting away, following which I intervened and realised how intense he was, you could see his hormones up in his head.

I admit he then had a go at spicy, following which I grabbed him and took him inside to let him cool off.

I admit I will miss the hillarious noises he does at times, as today, when he told off that spicy-similar-cat he sounded at times incredible close to a toddler with the noises he did...but

I also admit I feel sorry for him that I couldn't get him done until now as normally I do get my cats done on time...however in may it will get sorted for sure.

I admit I agree.

I admit I nevertheless keep reminding myself that it ain't his fault...as after all its his nature which is calling...so I remain within reasons with him.

I admit at present I protect his mum from him with spraying air freshener in his direction.

I admit it doesn't really reach him but it helps to get through to him to leave his mum alone.

I admit I wish his mum would just whack him as confident as pepper does when he tries to sniff on her...cause then he does understand to leave her alone.

Yepp..another extraction.  I had to clear of any disease first.

I am thinking of dentures at the moment.  I think they are too damn high.

Status: offline 		I admit I am currently overwhelmed with emotion due to all the cmails I've gotten from so many of you expressing your support, compassion, and concern,

I admit I have this huge fear that I am one of those people who contributes to the ground hog syndrome of this place.

I admit I have hung up my shirts and stuff... although this did not really clean the lingering stuff that is still needing to be put away.

I admit I have found some cute kittens that need a new home that I am thinking about adopting... but I don't know if I want to make this level of commitment yet.

I admit that I am posting from my phone, in bed because I'm exhausted.

I admit that Thing 2's school had a program tonight, so I went from work, to paid friend group, to the school, to home to make dinner.

I admit that I can only remember some of the kids at her school by their musical character's name. It reminded me of here. :)

Status: offline 		I admit that I have used this place to vent & moan for ages, so I am as "guilty" as anyone, but I still come here because it's safe.

I admit that I also gush about my kids here because I can't help it, and so many of you know them in real time, that it's like telling family good news.

I admit that I feel like we often share our happy and sad stuff here because joy shared is a beautiful thing, and a burden shared is a lighter load to carry.
