Status: offline 		bravissimo has really cute ones in a wide range of sizes but once you factor in exchange rates... eeeep. =p
i'm hesitant to order something because if i DO order a 34 DD, i'm only speculating that it would even fit, and then returning the thing is a hassle. if a 34DD has the same cup volume as a 36D, and there's already terrible double-deckering happen then, then it might be a waste of time and money. =p

I admit I don't know about the US, but an ex of mine here who was rather blessed in the chesticle department used to say it's better to pay a bit more and have made-to-measure bras, because not only do they fit, but they also last 10 times longer. Obviously I've no idea if that's true or not, but she was a pretty smart cookie.

The thing I found amusing was that, when we went to have her measured up, the shop manager, a lady who was easily into her 70s, and had been doing the job for years, could tell the *precise* size a woman took, just by looking at her (with clothes on!), and further said that almost half of all women she saw were wearing the wrong bra size when they came to her - they'd been measured badly once, years ago, had believed the sizing, and went from there.

it isnt about the GUY at the moment, it's about HER.

and I agree.. padding should be illegal...

Yes. Once, many years ago......I took some bad advice and went to Vic Secrets. They measured, tossed a few bras at me and said, this is what you need. $ 100.00 later, I get home and put them on.......discovered the truth. They did not stock my size and told me I needed what they have, not what I acually needed. Bras were returned and I've never been in a VS store since. Besides, they fucking STINK.

I admit that's not the first time I've heard that said of VS.

The other thing I've just recalled the old lady saying was that women should always have made-to-measure bras because most girls are at least a half size different in some respect, from one devil’s dumpling to the other. Therefore, even if (by some miracle) a shop manages to measure you properly, their bras probably won’t fit both dirty pillows equally well.

And yes, I am trying to use every euphemism for "boob" at once :)

As used in an episode of "Blackadder II" ("Beer", on the off-chance anyone's interested).

I also find "Dirty pillows" amusing because it's a geordie expression, and is thus pronounced "dorty pillahs!", as in the colourful expression "She was a cracking lass - I chucked me custard on 'er dorty pillahs!"

I admit I answered a couple of threads that didn't strike Me as uber intelligent in the upper section before My caffeine.
