I admit that I respect you for being a breeder, my comments were not meant as an attack on breeding. But I do know that there ARE purebred dogs who needed to be rescued, who are being fostered by kind people, and DO needs homes, too.

I admit and I will maintain that it IS a good option for those with limited income who cannot afford the higher prices of buying directly from a breeder. I mean, where are these unfortunate rescued dogs supposed to go if no one adopts them?

I admit that I respect responsible breeders and applaud their efforts to improve and maintain the qualities of their respective chosen breeds.

I admit that I hate puppy mills and despise the people who breed animals just for the purpose of making money.

I admit that I've had amazing purebreds and wonderful pound mutts.

i admit, rescuing purebred dogs is a good option -- it seems counter-intuitive, but they're often the ones left at pounds longest because people assume "they won't have trouble finding a home."

i admit, there's probably something useful about having a generally solid idea of what your dog will be like when it grows up, but i also admit, i tend to prefer mutts.

I admit if I don't watch it, I'll have a new baby Chihuahua. Oh my goodness. and my job would let him or her stay with me in my office if they are quiet...and OMG, Gabriel and the dog would tear up my house...and I just love dogs...and, and...arrghhhhhhhh.

I admit I have to ...walk away from their cuteness.

I have a rescue bloodhound that is now about 10 years old and a yellow year old 'pound puppy' that grew to be about 90# of galumphy bounciness.

Here in MI they have purebred rescues for almost every breed.

I admit I agree with the adopting from a rescue or a pound although I have nothing against breeders.

I admit this is my own personal preference especially with all the animals suffering with the economy.

I admit I do have the most wonderfull doggie from rescue, but I owned once the most wonderfull puppie from purebred... I can see both sides... Although I hate the tendencie of peepz making money and import all sorts from Europe's eastern countries.... *bwegh*

I admit I have always had mutss.. whether moggie or goggie..

I admti I would love a greyhound too, but from what I have learned they are a bit too unpredictable around moggies....

I admit I wish I had been able to listen in on the convo between Geoff and Thing 2 (T2 is a standup comedienne in the making, I swear!!)

I admit that I am fully revirginized if it means I get to hump Ron's shiny head.

I admit that OLDHEN IS THE GODDESS OF EVERYTHING!! EVERYTHING!!!!

I admit that the walls are a lovely sage color, I made a good choice, but the damn big ugly phone box from the place that was here years ago is STILL on the wall!!

And of course needs repainting behind. Hmph. I am happy that I now get to start hanging things on the walls!!! YAY!!!!

I forgot to admit that after hearing horror story after horror story from Mom about how JeddieBrrrrd was all Outraged and trying to escape, I opened the cage to a happy guy who immediately came out for kisses and pets, and was perfectly content to be locked back up when I went to work.

I admit that I will have to come up with Another Solution for Jeddie next year, maybe leave him with a friend. Wish I could BRING him!!
