i admit my arthritis is really bugging me today, both the spine and the hand are really sore.

i admit being in a weird mood today, can't make up my mind if i feel like crying or just falling asleep. maybe it's just the aching wearing me down, haven't slept much in the last few days.

i admit i wish it would rain already!!

Status: offline 		The last time I tried to quit was over six years ago... less than a week into it the ex-wife bought a pack and threw them at my head screaming "Just smoke goddammit !". That was the happiest day of our marriage.

Smoked half of what I am used to the last two days and by today I can't believe how pissed I am. I am so pissed at that nine year old who smoked his first cigarette. I admit I was obviously a stupid child.

Granted, we did this a bit differently. We bought ours during a lifestyle event, so we didn't do the waiting thing. Otherwise, yes. Order via online. I'd have to look again, but aren't you in a fairly decent sized city? You may have some luck.

We do order the liquid online, but that is easy enough. Just plan that stuff in advance the way you would buying smokes. It takes five days to get to us and look where we live.

I understand, I quit alcohol cold turkey, though in the framework of a "12 Step Program"... fortunately I was unemployed at the time because I was pretty unemployable for 3-4 months. I also admit that when I start to withdraw from nicotine, I flashback to the alcohol withdrawal and it tends to kick my ass.

I admit that after 3 1/2 years the only meetings I had returned to was when a close friend wanted help to quit drinking almost 10 years ago...

I admit that I am going to go have one of my few cigarettes left...
