Status: offline 		I admit today has been a pretty good day in general and hopefully it gets better.
I admit today has been a day of revelations.
I admit I think today may be the day that I finally break free of some of this stress and depression.
I admit it's going to take some time though.
I admit I have a 30 days free pass for a yoga place near me and the last day for me to use it is on Sept 22 so I guess I should get my ass moving and use it.
I admit I haven't done yoga in about 10 years so I'm going to start out with the newbie classes again and see if I like this yoga place or not.
I admit I'm hoping to have a little more energy this week to get a lot of stuff done around my apartment.
I admit I have put soooo much off because of illness, depression, stuff happening around here, etc...
I admit I need to go and look at kit's pictures on FetL. I love wedding photos.

Status: offline 		I admit that I'm back, but I wish I was still with my girl. I had a wonderful time with her - not much of a surprise, she is a wonderful woman. We're even closer now, and I can't wait to see her again.

I got into Yoga/Hindu teachings after years studying Buddhism... I admit, that I am not a very spiritual person. I feel a resonance to a lot
of the Eastern Traditions but I do not feel my purpose is to be spiritual... rather it is to just exist. One of my favorite quotes comes from the Vasitha's Yoga which essentially states that there is nothing to know.

Status: offline 		I admit, lovely pictures kitkat! At first I thought they were taken at a cathedral because of the beautiful marble and gold leaf until I saw it is city hall. That's one really nice city hall!
I admit....chocolate mousse cake....mmmmmm.
I admit I need to stop eating so many sweets but it's so tempting.
I admit I have sugar cravings galore and it's hard for me to go without.
I admit it's even harder once you quit. It's like trying to quit smoking or drinking. UGH.
I admit though that if I wanna lose a few more pounds then it's gotta be done.

I admit I just tried to edit my post to spell beautiful correctly and couldn't remember how to spell it until I clicked on spell checker. hahaha
I admit I can be such a ditz sometimes.

Status: offline 		I admit it: i almost screamed when the Dr said "it's probably your thyroid".
I admit it: when you have had most of your evil cancerous thyroid removed many years ago it is an easy out for drs.
I admit it: i could probably walk into the Drs office with a gaping chest wound and holding my still beating heart and he would say "it's probably just your thyroid, lets draw some blood" or stress he loves that one too....

I admit it, that was sarcasm, he is a good Dr and i love him to pieces,and i hope it IS just my thyroid because if it isn't... The possibilities are scary.

I admit it: i didn't know drinking "just water" could actually make you more dehydrated. Wonder if i could add some bourbon to it and be ok?

I admit it: i love coffee and herbal tea...

I admit it: i have two baby blankets to crochet but my heart is not in it. I was crocheting a blanket for my grandson when he and my son were killed and i just cannot get back into it.

I admit it: Master and i seem to be communicating better... YAY!

I admit it: sorry for being long winded.

I admit that after a really intense workout or scene Glaceau Vitamin water helps restore me but I wouldn't bother under normal circumstances.

Has the doctor warned you about the high sugar, artificial colors and other bad stuff in some sports drinks?
