Status: offline 		I admit that the acorns falling are getting on my nerves. It sounds like the house is under attack, and when i went outside while ago, I literally ran to stand under the overhang from the roof when I heard a bunch of them coming down my way!

The porch and deck are covered, so I can not even go outside barefooted! And it is only fucking October!

After M woke me up last night I couldn't fall back asleep, no big deal.

BUT

when I got home this morning, I realized just how much I'd been letting things go, as far as clutter/dusting/etc.

I guess it took actually having someone in my house to make me notice.


I admit I have been on a cleaning frenzy all day (if I'd stopped for a nap, I'd have never finished as much as I did LOL).

I admit I think I need to sign up for one of those sites like Fly Lady!

Oh, and my back is hurting like a BITCH!!

i admit it's been a bad weekend for this kind of thing, i found out the son of a really nice lady from the kids' school was killed in a car accident. the thought of losing one of my boys is just beyond imagination, i really feel bad for the family.
i admit i'm overwhelmed with the assignments for my classes this week.

I know that everythihg going on must just get overwhelming at times. But keep in mind, doll, that while trying to be there/be strong/take care of everything that you can while stressing about what you CAN'T take care of -well, sometimes it's OK to feel a bit selfish. You're a smart woman, Allie, and I think that (if it was someone else in your shoes and you were seeing them from outside, as I am with you) you'd be telling them pretty much the same thing!

Venting is good, sometimes, and my mailbox is open for you if you want to throw a hissy fit away from family, friends, inappropriate doctors (what a lowlife!! I'd report him, hon), and annoying twits on CM ..

I have faith in you, Allie, because you are smart, and I suspect that you are LOTS stronger than you think -
