I admit that adding Master's picture to my profile has been more effective at stopping the flow of email than anything I have ever written in said profile.

I admit.. I had to take a peek at Oside's Master. What a handsome man!

I admit.. I took a 16 mile bicycle ride today, and my ankle still hurts on occasion from that fall I had a few months back.
I admit.. I rarely take pain meds, but I'm glad I broke down and took some this afternoon.

I admit.. I made 2 more types of cookies tonight.
I admit.. I'm going to mail out my packages tomorrow.

I admit.. I'm getting into a routine with my Mom.. talking every night, and that feels fabulous.
I admit.. Right now.. life is good.

I admit I never get emails except for those who I talk to from the forums. Otherwise I'm lucky if I get one email every two weeks.
I admit I'm looking forward to the weekend of just being able to sit back and actually read a book other than homework.
I admit I feel so burned out when it comes to school. I'm just not feeling it.
I admit we have a store here called "Scratch and Dent" that sells stuff, even food stuff that normal stores can't sell because the stuff is dented or scratched or a few leftover items they didn't sell.
I admit I bought a 72 oz bag of Nestle chocolate chips for only $7.50. I think I will have plenty now for Christmas lol.
I admit I also bought a huge, giant roll of wrapping paper for only $5.00 and a 4 lb bag of walnuts for $5.
I admit I love that place!

I admit that in reading through the Positive Experiences thread, I was slightly saddened by coming across a rule that prevents me from posting to it as I had contemplated.

As much as I would enjoy sharing a few of the nuances of my relationship, my girl desires her privacy, and I respect that. (Not that she would be keen on too many nuances! But I am proud of her, and tend to dote.) Since the board requires the usernames of both parties, I couldn't in any good conscience post there - unless she consents to change her mind, and while that would be nice, that's her decision and her right.

That said, I will admit that we had a wonderful bonding time while she was up here. Perhaps on another day, or after another visit I might expound. Blissful moments of it still flit through my head like happy ghosts, which curl the lips upwards even as they remind me that she isn't here now. I admit that waking up the next day and realizing she wasn't in the bed was the hardest part.

I admit it's been a long but pretty good day.

I admit I was in a company-wide meeting today in which our new COO referred to my team using some verbiage that was very insulting to us. I admit I saw my boss's boss after the meeting and told her I was insulted by what was said,as was the rest of my team.

I admit she had a chat with him this afternoon and the next thing we knew, he pulled us all into a conference room to apologize, explain what he really meant, and answer questions about the reorg that is going to affect us.

I admit I think he blew a lot of smoke up our asses, but it was good to hear an apology.

I admit I had my one-on-one with my boss today and she told me of a promotion she is applying for and asked if I was interested in her position. I said not really, but I do want the senior analyst promotion we had talked about. I admit it looks like that is going to happen in the next month or so.

I admit it's my mom's birthday today and my sister & I went to visit her and we all had dinner together and played some cards. I admit my sister & I tend to get silly together and while we were laughing our heads off about something, her son commented that he hadn't heard her laugh in a long time.

I admit tomorrow is typically my work-from-home day but I swapped with a coworker. She texted me tonight that she has to be in the office after all, so I can feel free to stay home. I admit I left my laptop at work, thinking I'd be coming in.

So I'll be getting up early and driving to work to get my laptop and bring it back home, where I can work comfortably in my recliner.

I admit I like Ash's new avatar, too!

I admit that yesterday after i posted my new avatar at FB & CM.. & as i went home from the Cafe` i came out from (between2cars) & across the street.. & i found myself on the ground... "just like that".. the funny thing was that i was hit by a (bicycle) but i was laying on the ground for 3 minutes.. really i thought it was something else..

I admit that my right knee hurt when i walk .. other than that i am fine..

I admit I'm pretty sure that my body gave me the big ole F-you this morning.

I admit I woke up with a pounding headache, feeling sick to my stomach, and my body felt so heavy I could barely move.

I admit I somehow rolled myself off to the bed and stumbled to the shower.

I admit unfortunately I cannot afford this today I have too much to do, but at least I get a three day weekend!!

I admit that I've blown the best part of fifty quid on a vintage fountain that'll probably need another twenty odd dropping on getting it restored before it works properly when it gets here as well.
I admit that this is the first time in over three years I've spent silly money on a pen, so not all bad.

I also admit that blowing that much on this pen means that I can't get one of the new ebonite piston fillers Noodler's ink are doing, while a few places still have a few of them left in stock. Hopefully there'll be another run or two of those: I admit I'll be a bit narked if there isn't...
