I admit therefore I adjusted my training plans a bit for this week and will only do 1 training sessions tomw and the two days afterwards I wont walk home the 19km between/after my two sessions...

I admit this is to be able to use that time to tidy up our flat further (to find that damn wallet again) and to do some applications...

I admit, however, I'm pleased to feel that my exercises are taking effect on my body as I can still feel that it is working "in there" and I love it that my evening weight was the same today as the morning one has been

I admit Life is damn good

I admit I could just cry. Ok, I already am. I just spoke to MM, he's definitely coming home on the 7th. BUT, while I thought we'd have at least 3 wks before he headed off again, I was wrongwrongwrong.

I admit he leaves on the 15th by bus at midnight to spend a week with his parents, flies to Winterpeg for 3 to 4 weeks to train with his companion dog then, hopefully comes home.

I admit, I really don't know how much more of this I can take. I'm lonely, I'm alone, I feel more depressed than I have in a long time. My anxiety levels are sky high. I can't and don't want to do anything. I have agoraphobia if I'm on my own. The winter we've had has just makes things worse.

I admit I feel like a whiner with all the serious pain going on here, but I had to get it out.

Tim Hortons donuts. Krispy Kreme are soooo much better. Alas, we have none in Canada !!
They're trucked in frozen, so not what I consider fresh. You can't get specialty donuts like éclairs, long john's, etc., they're smaller. But you do with what you have. Unfortunately, Timmies is starting to make inroads into the U.S.

I plan on getting tires, dutchies , and whatever else looks good.

I admit my niece is still in an all day out patient program, and there have been more family issues around her safety. Namely, she's not supposed to be left alone and her mother has been leaving her home alone. I admit I was on the phone with my brother a LOT today.

I admit my boss has H1N1. Yikes.

I admit work is crazy crazy crazy busy, but I count my blessings.

I admit I'm making jambalaya for dinner tonight in honor of Fat Tuesday/Mardi Gras.

Status: offline 		I call them tires, they're the big fat airy donuts that look like huge tires. Really really really good.

A dutchie is square, denser, filled with either apple or blueberry filling and covered in a crackly sugar glaze that makes a mess. It's good too.

For the record, I still prefer Krispy Kreme. When the red light comes on & you beat every one in so you get that first batch. Donut-gasm the first time I tasted one.

I admit that Mom has lost 9 pounds since this diet started. Don't know about me but I was able to zip my heavy coat up with no problem.

Status: offline 		I admit: the Krispy Kreme with the white buttercream like filling is my fave & IMO it blows any custard filled ones out of the water.
On another note entirely...
I admit..that I am eagerly awaiting the process to begin for Ashjor's integration into Dutch society and that I am optimistic that he has a 99.999% chance of getting asylum there..
I admit that even though I am extraordinarily optimistic about his chances, I'm  still on tenterhooks about how soon he will be able to get situated..
I admit that I can barely wait until I can join him there & I miss being able to talk to him on the phone & hear his sweet voice.

Status: offline 		Well Mrs Roo I have lots of blankets, sheets n pillows. Freezer is full. Meat, ice cream, thick sliced cinnamon raisin bread. Not much floor space though. Everyone's welcome. O and you need a current passport to cross into Canada. Don' forget the warm clothes: mitts, scarves, thermals, toques , ear muffs, jackets or coats, boots, hand n feet warmers, wool socks. That covers keeping warm. No, I am not kidding, it's another deep freeze here.
