 Woohoo! You got the box! I kept having a nightmare that I dyslexed the numbers and everything, and it would be shipped back to my house.
I admit that I found a few skeins more of yarn and plan to donate it to a small second hand store (it was either that or set it on fire). 
I admit that I read an article years ago that said more fleas (caught as eggs) die in cup type vacuum cleaners than all other ways combined. Bag vacuum cleaners don't do it because eggs will hatch in the bag and will wriggle out, but cup types can be emptied into the toilet and flushed, or emptied into a zipper bag and shaken with a quarter teaspoon of DE, shaken not stirred, lol, zipped back shut and tossed outside in a dumpster. Also, I was told to put down fuzzy fabric remnants as bedding for my pets and then pick these up once per week and put them through a hot wash and dryer to kill flea eggs. These were very helpful.
I admit that my old flea meds got lost and expired and that I need to send off for more but can't do it this month. In the meantime I'm taking a flea comb to my cats several times per day (they're shedding at this time of the year), long enough to get some fur packing the comb, then pulling the fur off the comb and sinking it under soapy water in a mug. Then I watch several fleas doing their death dance. I used the flea meds two months in a row before noticing that the cats were still scratching, so I dug out my flea comb and confirmed we have a small problem. (The fleas are not biting ME yet.) Then I read the expiration date and almost screamed. Expired much? Yessss...by years.
I admit that I thought I'd have to put down my other geriatric cat this past week but he's bouncing back. I wish I could stop him from going outside but he loves it so much. It's unfortunate that he also loves parked cars...he will sneak into them if someone is unloading their groceries, etc., and gets locked away for days at a time several times per year. He's a regular visitor in several homes in my neighborhood, is a dog lover, and comes back with tail and rib bone injuries from time to time. Some neighbor has been letting him drink milk or coffee with cream and on those days he comes home with explosive diarrhea. Yes, he's collared and has tags but people still treat him like he's a stray. (He is such an attention whore.)
His breath doesn't stink and he's not drooling, but I'm wondering if he has a painful tooth because he's not touching his dry catfood. He's never touched canned, nor will he eat any kind of meat. Anyway, I can't find those soft kibble type catfoods that used to be in tear off envelopes in our grocery stores, so I've bought him a dozen bottles of Pounce Treats (he eats those, thank God) and give him 1/3 of a bottle at a time until I can make a vet appointment to see why he's not eating his normal food.
I admit that as much as Griz would like to, he's not going to live on coffee and ice cream and doughnuts and cake. Yes, now that he's an ancient old fart he thinks he can do whatever he wants instead of eating his cat kibble.
