It's ok Flutterbi. You should never down play something that you feel. Feeling down is just as important as being happy, or sad, or any other emotion.

Status: offline 		That's true.. I mean.. I probably do know a bit of what is wrong.. but I get mad at myself for letting it get to me at all.  I am strong and I need to just get over things. 
 
I am pissed I am letting anything (one) get to me like this...
 
I am sorry again, ladies.. really.. I should have kept it to myself.

Status: offline 		Hey no flutter, that's what we're here for.  And remember you have the right to feel anyway you want to or need to.  Often times we treat our friends with more kindness then we treat ourselves.  You would not be mad with your friend for letting something get to them, tell yourself it's okay to feel this way, but that you not wanting to feel this way anymore so you need to stop it.  Because Flutter, at the end of the day, if your mad that your mad, your feeding your dark...and the more  you feed it the anger it will be.  It's there for a reason and if you ignore it, you only piss it off until it attacks you and not what it's mean to attack.

That's all Im gonna say, I wont make you air your personal things here, just come closer you, come into my arms and let's cuddle this down a bit, huh?  It works with Master

Oh god, yes please, I'm actually throwing up now, I had no idea it could be this bad.  I've never been addicted to anything.

Status: offline 		Dont go cold turkey. It tends to shock the system.

Start mixing caf with de-caf.... coffee tea soda...ect.
Start with a higher caf- lower de-caf mix..then work it down slowly. When you feel the bad bad headache hitting..your going to fast moving down.

Pretty soon you off without all the bad side effects.

And of course drink tons of water...to flush your system

This is what I did and I didnt go through any withdrawal and I was majorly hooked on caffiene

Status: offline 		Most major cola drinks have a decaf variety diet and not.  Caffiene doesnt not affect the taste.

Status: offline 		Thank you Savage, I will do as you suggest, heck you could tell me eating benji poop would take away the withdrawl symptoms and  I'd try it.  I am drinking tons of water, but that's all I'm drinking, your right I should mix de-caf with caf... I can't even think straight anymore, let alone concentrate on my move...

Maybe you cant cut and paste my suggestion and see if it okey if you do it that way to be easier on your system

And try some herbal teas...chamoille is great for soothing tummies and nerves.
