Decubitus ulceration of the skin is only one concern.  Anyone folded in a box that small is at risk for blood clots due to compressed areas of the extremities.  Blood clots can form within much less time than 5 hours.  A clot could cause loss of a limb or if it travels to the heart, lung or brain it could cause brain damage or death. 
I would also wonder at the fact she is going to be punished for stupidity.  I was not aware that IQ could be increased in this manner.

     Thank you for raising such an important consideration.  This slave is quite lean and will be able to lay at full length and have enough room to move her extremities a bit.  This is another reason boxing can be preferable to prolonged bondage.

Alrighty, Kaboom.  Time to call your bluff.  Anyone kept in a confined space for a significant amount of time is vulnerable to blood clots  due to the body being unable to shift and equalize blood pressure to all areas of the body.  And now for the legal fun.  If a slave were to die from a blood clot in this manner the death is not classified as an accident.  You and the master you supposedly are keeping this slave for would be charged with a minimum of manslaughter and possibly pre-mediatated murder.  Then you'll get to see first hand what a prisoner BDSM experience is really like first hand.  Have fun with that.

       You can climb down off your high horse, Hydro (or should I say your high 'dragon?').  Ever heard the term "Risk Aware Consensual Kink?"  It implies that some of the things we do involve risk.  Lonely guys in Mommy's basement can have a heart attack and die during a one-handed chat session too.

     Do you lecture your friends on the possible legal ramifications of driving fast on country roads with passengers?  Providing alcohol at parties?

       I take these threads with more than a pinch of salt (a ring of it around the top of a margarita glass is about right), but there are some interesting ideas at the bottom.  If you hope to achieve a post-graduate degree perhaps your summer project should be learning to shut up and read between the lines.

      You have fun on the boat.  I'm off to a midnight BBQ and after that, I'm going to do things to my wife that could, worst case, put me in prison for the rest of my life.  At some level, What It Is That We Do simply isn't a completely safe and rational choice.  But, GOD what a rush.

I am curious on how you know this, being so big and all? Do you have a guinea pig who tries these devices out for you?

So you won't have to answer to the police by not attracting their attention? And what happens if the van gets rear ended? Planning to tell the cops that there's an injured slave held against her will in the box or just leave her to die? Of course unless she's also wearing a gas mask with an air tube they'll hear her screaming in there.

And she's getting punished for stupidity? Seems her 'master' must be pretty stupid himself for agreeing to this and for having a friend with the same low level intelligence.
