my doc' told me " the sun here isn't strong enough " . That just seems a little off to me . But then, i've spending a bit of time with doctors and in labs of late. Friends say i am officially a freak of nature, and the doctors are agreeing.

I think everyone's mom was in the Amway cult in the 80s. Mom tried desperately to steer me toward colors like fuschia, icy blue, and pale yellow, all of which I'm supposed to be able to wear. Yeeaah...not so much. Goth fashion isn't so much a style statement as it is practicality since it comes in colors and shapes that look good on me.

I have several things from India, busniess suits, and the ever-popular jeans and t-shirts. There have been times when I found the most adorable clothes and couldn't buy them because they only came in pastels, earth-tones, or some other horrid (for me) color. I actually have a hard time finding clothes that A) fit; and B) come in colors I can wear.

My daughter and i are starting with errands this morning - stuff to Goodwill. stop at the library to donate some books, and mail a package at the post office. Then it will be resting the remainder of the day. It's supposed to be Spring today...rain and 60F.
