Hi, DC.
 
i walked over to the fitness center at the apartment office and rode the recumbent bicycle for 20 minutes - an increase of 5 minutes over Wednesday's time of 15 minutes.
 
Then a church lady picked me up to go to the grocery store where i spent 30 minutes pushing a cart around to get some food and prescriptions.
 
Everything is cut up into portion sizes and put away.
 
Now it's nap time.

Soon Chaos and i will be going to some friends' for a cookout for the afternoon, then we're meeting other friends at a club.

Did you know that it took 77 sailors to load and fire each of the nine 13"/50 caliber guns on the Battleship New Jersey (BB-62 now a museum berthed in the Deleware River near Camden)?  And they could fire 2 rounds per minute!
 
Master Rich is a docent and gives tours on the Battleship NJ.
 
[All slaves should know something about their Master's interests.]

My Master found an ERROR in my poting the correct size is 16".
