As the others have said, vaginally it shouldn't be a problem. Anally could pose a problem, but that problem would be for the man (urinary tract infection; worst case is a prostate infection); ways of mitigating that risk has been covered elsewhere. Tried it for a while with no health problems. Wasn't very practical, though.
