I was wondering if there are any health risks to having your partner "pee" inside you? Would that casue infections?

I presume you mean vaginally since we've already addressed anally somewhere else. Hmm....I will say again...the urinary tract is a sterile system and unless the urine is infected with something it's not likely to cause a problem if done occasionally. I would make sure you don't already have a yeast infection or anything else going on vaginally either (though you really shouldn't be allowing a cock in there if you are sick anyway).

Go for it! I would use the same precautions you would with anyone due to diseases, but urine itself is very safe in most ways you can think to use it. If your partner is someone you know to be disease free, dont worry about a thing!

As the others have said, vaginally it shouldn't be a problem.

Anally could pose a problem, but that problem would be for the man (urinary tract infection; worst case is a prostate infection); ways of mitigating that risk has been covered elsewhere. Tried it for a while with no health problems. Wasn't very practical, though.

Sue Johnson was telling me (and the rest of the world) that trusting with liquids can be dangerous... This could include underwater sex usually, but it's possible with urine. A couple would need to try and make it work, but just putting it out there.
