Dawntreader,
Sadly the phrase "food porn" is not mine.  Food and sex are always intertwined, though.  Reference the movie Tom Jones and go from there.  They are both natural, basic, needful things.

We love Alton, but that's because he is soooooo smart. We really enjoy learning the why's of food and i have used the general info alot when experimenting myself.

I liked Rachel better before she became "famous". Emeril grates on my last nerve, as does Paula's accent and Giada's skinniness. Obviously she doesn't eat anything.

he does like to make the actors wear silly costumes,,,
some one needs to give emeril a good whipping, so let's hope

Phoenix, What you said is so funny and true! I wouldn't mind a  bit if I was the one to deliver that good whipping to emeril! lol.

I adore Alton Brown. Good Eats is my favorite cooking show. He has such good info he brings to every show and when he tries a bunch of recipes and shares the best one, it saves me a lot of time hunting down the very best recipes for this or that. I wish him the best and would love to watch him 'play' in a dungeon.
I like emerils recipes, and ate one of the best meals I've ever had in my life at one of his places in New Orleans. But, his ego could sure use a good whipping, and I find his shows to be hard to watch because he is just 'too much'. Yuck!

Bobby definitely gets my vote for "chef in irons."  And a ball gag.  He is obnoxious.

Rachel Ray would be attractive in a ball gag, too, but for different reasons.  Much more fun!  I think she's a sweetie.

Everyday Italian with Giada is most assuredly Food Porn.  Very sensual, with background music and film closeups like what you'd find in a porn flick.

I've tried one of Giada's recipes before, and it was almost orgasmic.  It is now a regular in our menu rotation.

(fast reply)

I've always been partial towards specticaled, sardonic, spikey haired, good cookin' geeks. Alton has been a wet dream of mine for a few years now.

What sold me onto the the possibility that he might have some inner dom streak was the episode where he tied up an artichoke, showed a close up of his handy work, then stated, "I'm not into bondage... With vegetables."

I've also noticed the leather band he wears. A friend of mine made the observation that they had seen this same band worn by male submissives, and dominants at bdsm gatherings.

My vote would be that if he's into bdsm, he would most definitely be a top. "W" may give him a hard time, but Alton always puts her in her place.

I just think he likes the whole leather/biker thing ...sadly
BUT

Last week i had to buy a bunch of ads on a major newspaper site for the sex toy store i work at. We were thinking that it would be the sex toy section that did us the most business but strangely enough the section that had people browsing our toys for hours was the food page. While other visitors hung out on our pages for a few seconds, food section readers spent an average of 22 seconds browsing dildos and vibes.
I guess many people just dont know what they're actually hungry for.

Perhaps Alton doesn't know what he's hungry for either! tee hee

Definitely kinky and definitely submissive. I don't know what it is about geeky nerdy tech guys that cook but something about him is hot! I would make him my bitch in a second. I'm still kicking myself because I lived in the same neighborhood as he did before he was famous or married. Sigh.

Never noticed the smirky little sardonic grin when he's called "Master"???

Okay, If he's anything, he's DEFinately Submissive. [sorry subbies ]
How do I know?

Well for starters he a control freek about every freeking thing else.  [you'd be surprised...]
The look in his eyes.  [I've seen it way too many times to be mistaken.]
and
He delights in giving knowledge, having people appreciate his food, showing off durring the show, and would generally be a  pleaser.

He's probably not as kink evolved as some, but enjoyed aspects and wouldn't submit to everyone, just specific people. Doubt it would affect normal, every day interactions but yeah-- kinky he is.
And Submissive if anything.
[and a licker. service with mostly massage contact/licking desired.]

That's my diognosis!  Ha!

i think so - saw him in an "off camera" interview once... he seemed very - particular in his mannerisms. Hey - food and sex sells... I think Giada is Dom too - anyone ever seen her with her Todd? *chuckles*

That was music to my ears...I have seen the same thing in his eyes, and I have never seen the eyes lie, have you?

Wow, there seems to be more love for food geeks than I realized! While yes, there is a great deal of "fakeness" to Good Eats when it comes to the sexual innuendo for above stated reasons, it is interesting that they go for more BDSM references than the average show. Good Eats is Mr. Brown's baby after all, so I would think that the references are a deliberate effort on his part. I personally love the man for what he's doing for the culinary world. He's bring the simplicity of method back to cooking in the home. If you ever get a chance to thumb through his book "I'm Just Here for the Food" read the intro, it's fascinating. As a professional in the field I admire what he's doing to further my own goals for the culinary community. And he's not even a chef! He's come in the back door to cooking, as a scientist of sorts. You've got to hand it to him, that's not an easy feat with the Emrils and Bobby Flays of the world and their classical training. I'm suprised that the layman can even understand what Emril is doing half the time. He just seems too wrapped up in the classical French methods. But it's to be expected from a Providence campus Johnson and Wales grad. (I've known a few in my short time... and they're real hard nosed slave drivers)

Oh, and I would love to be in on a session with Mr. Brown. Mmmm! He's my mise en place for any good food fantasy!

AB: not gay. Very definitely not gay. Kinky... well, there's a reason why he used to have his chiropractor help him talk about gear...

Oh, sorry - different kink than you meant.

Running a kitchen is a different flavor of D/s play than usual - but it's there. May I suggest using that filter as you browse the FoodTV talent bios in generating your fantasies? Thx...
