Ironically, the only time the island of Ireland has been united is under British rule.
The reason why there are just about no protestants in the republic is that they were ethnically cleansed after independence.
What Ireland needs, on both sides of the border are abortion clinics, not sex shops. 5,000 young women go to England each year for abortions so there is no probelm with having sex there.[;)]
