I've known and observed many men peeing with a hard-on...generally first thing in the morning. LOL

Some hard-ons (hards on?) point straight up though, and guys with those have to do what another mentioned...and lean over the bowl, one hand on the wall and one hand holding the hose down.

Most seem to prefer just sitting down and leaning forward a bit on the seat...

None appeared to be in pain or even particularly uncomfortable.

I don't find it disgusting or alarming. If someone wants to allow themselves to have unprotected sex, then so be it. Less people in the world the better the way I see it. Watersports is a major turn off for my dom. I however find the idea intoxicating. Though, I sincerely doubt I will ever experience it. I cannot even think of a way to be more used and taken by someone.

It is not possible to get pregnant from anal sex unless the sperm leaks out and from there into the vagina - and even then the chance is very low.

Yes. I had to use one for about a week, for medical reasons, and a few times it was erect. A bit more unpleasant, but I wouldn't say painful. YMMV, of course.

Kind of judgemental, are we? In the opinions of a large number of vanillas, everything perverted is "wrong". It's a matter of perspective.

And whatever you do, don't let him/her pull it out while standing. Jeez, that has to be one of my most embarassing moments as a Dom.
